ordering:
order can be placed by phone, fax, and e-mail. if order is placed by
phone, we always ask customer fax po or mail original po to us.

there is no minimum order. orders under $100.00 will be subject to a nominal handling fee.
pricing:
all prices are listed in us
dollars. every effort
is made to hold prices firm during the life of catalog. however,
prices are subject to change without notice. in the cases where the
price has changed significantly, we will contact you.
our payment terms are net 30 days of invoice, f.o.b. sylmar,
california. it has always been chemsols policy when shipping
international order to get prepayment. a fee will be subject to transaction
for wire transfer.
shipping:
when possible, we will ship products by the method specified on your
order. all orders are shipped fob seller's point. we may add a
surcharge to special package for hazardous materials.
returns:
return shipments can not be accepted unless prior arrangements have
been done. request for authorization number must be made within 30
days of your receiving the products. a 20% restocking fee is charged
on authorized returns, subject to a minimum charge of $20.00 per
return.
